ScentGel technology was born in 2009. Following a specific request from an Alsatian town, the town's officials reported a recurring need: to quickly and effectively neutralise the unpleasant odours generated during plumbing work. To address this challenge, the founder decided to team up with an experienced chemist.
Together, they developed an innovative fragrance diffusion technology, with no flame, no heat, and no electricity. This unique know-how marked the beginning of the adventure, with the ambition of offering diffusion solutions that are effective, safe, and environmentally friendly.
This is how what would become the flagship product, the ScentGel, was born. A compact gel, based on a gelling agent derived from algae, highly concentrated in natural fragrance. A kind of flame-free scented candle, safer, longer-lasting, and more natural.
In its early years, the brand catered to professionals. Cleaning companies, garages, and industrial sites with the other flagship product: the ScentSpray, which meets precise technical needs, wherever unpleasant odours are unavoidable and conventional solutions reach their limits.
But the ScentGel's potential very quickly extended beyond the industrial setting. Its ability to diffuse an enveloping fragrance continuously for 30 days, with no intervention and no risk, at a fragrance intensity far higher than that of a traditional candle (over 20% concentration, compared to 5-7% for a standard candle), caught the attention of individual customers.
The soft ambient mist it creates, the scents carefully selected in Grasse, its notes of lavender, vanilla, lotus flower, or amber leather: everything makes the ScentGel a fragrance diffuser in its own right, just as at home in a living room as at a hotel reception.
